The Book of Suffumigations - is the practice of fanning an object through incense smoke in order to purify and consecrate it for a magickal purpose. The word comes from the Latin verb Suffumigations, meaning “to bathe in incense smoke”. It is sometimes aligned with the word Fumigation which means the act of fumigating, or applying smoke or vapor, as for disinfection. Vapor raised in the process of fumigating. Suffumigations is therefore a form of smoke-cleansing attested to in H.C. Agrippa and other European magickal sources.
